License agreement
Please, read the following agreement carefully before using this software. If you disagree with any of the following, you are not allowed to use this program. In this case you must immediately uninstall it.
Registered version
One registered version copy of UltraConverter must be purchased per concurrent user. The registered version may be installed on as many computers as desired, as long as the ONLY user works with each copy.
Disclaimer of Warranty
UltraConverter is distributed "as is". No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied. You use at your own risk. The author will not be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using or misusing this software.
Evaluation License
UltraConverter is not free software. You are limited to 30 days of use for an unregistered version. If you find it useful and continue to use it you are obligated to buy it.
Upgrade Policy
All registered users of UltraConverter are guaranteed all future product revisions, will be provided free of charge for a minimum of one year after the date of purchase. If for some reason your authorization code does not work with the latest release and you registered within 1 year you will be issued a new authorization code free of charge.
Using
You may not emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer the program, or any subset of the program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
